OBESITY IN WOMENS DURING PREGNANCY CAUSES GESTATIONAL DIABETES

Obesity in womens during pregnancy is considered to be serious problem and the effects are very serious where it can cost life of both mother and child.When obese women get pregnant she is subjected to suffer from more health problems among those health problem ,gestational diabetes is one among them.Gestational diabetes is a medical condition occur in obese women during pregnancy.It is nothing but a form of diabetes where it break downs sugar level of the mother so that insulin level exceeds more and thus results in serious problem.Due to this medical disorder the insulin level gets high and thus affects child's health. The child health is affected by means of gaining overweight in uterus so that causing serious inflectional problem during delivery time so that the mother feel heavy pain to give birth to the child and hence the pregnancy becomes serious complications.So the gestational diabetes is considered to be serious problem among womens suffering from obesity.To avoid this problem womens should take enough care that they stay away from unwanted food stuffs and they eat only health foods moreover they drink lot of milk which contain iron so that it gives them enough strength to their bones and they also should undergo regular medical check up under the care of a proper doctor to check their health condition of both baby and child.
