The important to be considered for increased body weight is due to lack of control over hunger and taste.Everyone gets hunger if they are starved and a normal person would like to east and satisfy his hunger whereas the people who suffer from obesity must ensure the control of hunger and thirst so that it will make them to eat more and get over weighted.It is a difficult task but yet it can be controlled by practicing yoga.There is anything in this world which can be achieved by practicing yoga and accordingly yoga has different asana and position and style to control over hunger and thirst. Accordingly the Bhujangasana reduces hunger and the shalabhasana increases hunger,by practicing both these asana one after the other hunger can be controlled so that person who want to seriously reduce their body weight can achieve effective result and also by practicing pranayama the obesity can be controlled by controlling the diets. Daily practicing of Shitali and Shitkari Pranayama, one can live with less consumption of food, water and sleep which also keeps the body away from health problems and also keeps our mind and body really fresh.Thus the persons who are suffering from obesity and really wanted to reduce their body weight must be aware of diet control which is not really a easy task for a person to control the taste over favourite food stuffs.But not able to control hunger will definitely not result in reduced body weight.Hence practicing of yoga and pranayama will be a good idea to control hunger and thirst.
