The First Annual Angry Puppy Hot Geek 10
If you read AfterElton.com (which hosts our vlogs), then you’re already aware of the 2nd Annual AfterElton.com Hot 100. In a nutshell, it’s:
“a list of the world’s hottest men, chosen by the gay and bisexual male readers of this site”
We thought we’d help them out with the geek side of things and solicit votes for the first Angry Puppy Hot Geek 10. AfterEllen.com has an analogous poll, but since we’ve got no AngryPuppette.com, we’re combining all genders and orientations, in both the voters and the nominees. The only requirement for nominations is that the nominee be “geek” (loosely defined, of course).
Tell us in the comments or by e-mail who you think should go on the list, and we’ll put together a poll after our next vlog.

I’ll completely agree with Ben about Simon Pegg, David Tennant and Robert Webb and I’ll agree with WuBomei about John Barrowman as well.
If characters could be included then I really want to vote for Willow Rosenberg from Buffy though!
As for anyone else I can think of:
Richard Hammond - presenter of Top Gear and previous presenter of Brainiac: Science Abuse. Also author of ‘Can You Feel the Force?’ a physics book for kids.
Michael Rosenbaum - Lex Luthor on Smallville and the voice of Flash from Justice League.
Michael Vartan - played Vaugn on Alias - I’m stretching on this one but he is a massive fan of Star Wars! :p
Right - I’ll leave it there because I just can’t think of anyone else off the top of my head.

Someone over at afterelton.com nominated Ben Browder. He would definitely top my list. Just watching Farscape you see what an absolute geek the man is — also Farscape gave us alien profanity years before Battlestar.
