Lee, you should put Neil Marshall’s werewolf film Dog Soldiers on your Netflix queue. He directed The Descent and Dog Soldiers stars potential dilf Kevin McKidd (Rome)

Loved this weeks episode guys. I feel really frustrated about the newyork comicon tanking an opportunity like the Superqueero pannel and doing nothing with it. Its great that pannals like this are happening but if all they do is gay stereotypes is it worth it? Anyway great vlog and Marc I bought dune (after reading the first 20 pages in borders) and plan to read it as soon as I finish my dragonlance epic I am reading.

Awesome Peaches reference there. Why don’t more people worship her?

hmmm… something tells me marc has a flare for the theatrics…
excuse my niave question but isn’t it vampires who are attracted to blood?

Really enjoyed this week’s vlog. I just discovered you guys from afterelton and have been enjoying your commentary. You are both adorable! I look forward to next week and can’t wait to see what you have to say about the latest BSG!

This isn’t quite what you asked about: it’s online comics, not really gay comics, but I thought I’d share. These are more geeky than gay (um, except the last one), and all are pretty well known, so you probably heard of them.

Mostly just a soap opera; however, there is talking robots and some LGBT characters (pretty minor characters). Also, it’s kind of cool to see how the artist has developed over the years (compare the first comic to the current).
XKCD: http://www.xkcd.com/
I’m not really geek enough to get many of the jokes.
OC: http://www.overcompensating.com/
It’s a slightly crazy guy’s rants, in comic form.

One of you is/was a linguist, right? This is written by a linguist. Sometimes, that’s obvious.

Does robot/human pairings count as queer?
Dr McNinja: http://drmcninja.com/index.html
It’s a Doctor who is a ninja. ‘nough said.

This is one of those guilty pleasures. It’s a gay version of “Family Circus”. Very suburban.

I apparently haven’t mastered subject-verb agreement in English. This is why I should proofread before hitting submit.

I just hope the Torchwood characters have weeped themselves dry this season. Was it just me or did it seem like at least one of them had to be crying in every single ep? These are our saviors from alien invasion???

Aye, I didn’t get to watch the vlog for a few days. Anyway… good ep. It’s a shame about the gay panel at the convention.

By the way, The Guild *is* a really fun series. Thanks for mentioning it!

Awesome Bill - let us know what you think of Dune! I’m actually going to reread the original 6 novels so I can read the newly-published Book 7 conclusion.

Kenny - Thanks! Added.
Alistair - It’s the first thing I thought of when watching this episode. I’m filthy.
Keith - Cursed doesn’t follow werewolf lore too closely (werewolves can walk on ceilings?), but she was sniffing for blood the way that a wolf would.
Stephen - Thanks for the list! I’ll definitely spend some time this weekend looking at these. Oh, and I have a typo in this week’s vlog, so if you forgive me, I’ll forgive you. ;)
Nathan - Maybe that’s why they killed half of them off? So they could start fresh with new weepy saviors. ;)
Ron - It wasn’t up on our actual page for some reason. I’m glad you found it!
