I agree with most of your list, especially Halle Berry as Storm and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker (blech); however, I have to say I disagree with adding Avery Brooks to this list. DS9 is my favorite show of all time and Sisko my favorite captain. Avery Brooks’ performance in episodes like “In the Pale Moonlight” solidified his position as my favorite Trek captain. Granted, there were some overwrought performances, as in the last third of “Far Beyond the Stars”, but he never irked me the way Kate Mulgrew and her bun did whenever she flounced around like a leaf in a hurricane whenever Voyager was hit by the weakest ion storm. Not to mention her annoying grunts of pain and anguish when she was in a tussle or hit with phaser fire. I enjoyed Mulgrew as Captain Janeway, but there were more instances where I found her irritating as opposed to Brooks. He was able to bring a darkness to Sisko that went well with the theme of the show.
Might I mention Clare Kramer as Glorificus from Buffy. Wooden.

Lee, good video but you really have got to stop turning your head and looking at Marc as the time. You’re speaking to the viewer so why not look at the camera.

I pretty much agree with the list except for Avery Brooks. Halle Berry and Keanu Reeves are particular stand outs. But I’m shocked that Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze didn’t make the list. In fact that whole movie was casted abysmally.

Zac - Sisko always seemed like he was about to explode for no reason, and his diction was too theatrical for TV (IMHO). I think he’s getting good reviews in Tamerlane, though. I would say he’s more comfortable (and more appropriate) on stage than on screen. It looks like others (Darrell, for instance) agreed with you, though.
Theo - Will do.
Darrell - You’re 100% right on Arnold. Next list..

You forgot Keanu Reeves in Much Ado About Nothing, no one can abort a Shakespeare line quite as well as Neo.
