Scottish Sock Puppet Falsetto Theatre’s spot-on Torchwood parody exposes some of the things casual fans are eager to apologize for: over-the-top gay innuendo, cheesy BBC-style special effects, ridiculous plots and that pterodactyl.
My favorite parts! Except the pterodactyl.
I count references to Pirates of the Caribbean; Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons; Scooby Doo, Where Are You?; Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Thunderbirds, but I’m sure I missed something there.
