The original article at The Sun called it “Captain Jack’s Skipper Smooch”, but I like this title (which I found in the comments of the Whedonesque blog) better.
The pictures show John Barrowman (Captain Jack) and James Marsters (Spike from Buffy) from the upcoming Season 2 of Torchwood locked in a kiss, but it’s not clear to me that our favorite vampire-turned-rogue-agent is into it. The first pic looks like he wants to be kissed (and who doesn’t when Captain Jack’s around?), but he seems to be pulling away in the second.

I can’t wait to download season 2 of Torchwood… I barely saw the kiss picture/video because I want to remain as much as possible spoiler-free.
BTW, I just watched the Christmas episode of Doctor Who with Kylie Minogue and LOVED it! Almost was teary-eyed at the end ;)

I visit more websites than I care to admit for research. :) I get a lot of info from Whedonesque. Joss Whedon won me over as a lifelong fan because of Willow - no matter what else he does. Luckily it’s all good!
I’ve been a Doctor Who fan only for the past few seasons. We didn’t get the older ones where I grew up (even on PBS), so I never really got a chance to see it, and now it seems, well, dated. I haven’t gotten to see this one yet, though I’m secretly a Kylie Minogue fan too.
By the way, good catch on that Heroes/Zack story over at AfterElton.
